A woodshop is attached but not available. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. The family room opens to a large screened lanai, or terrace. Back of house overlooks a wooded gully.

L’environnement
House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kaneohe, a suburban community about 10 miles from Honolulu. It's known more for boating and fishing in the nearby bay than for beachgoing, but the lovely Kailua and Lanikai beaches are a 15-minute drive (or 30-minute bus ride) away. Nearest bus stop is a five-minute walk away. Buses are very reasonably priced: $2 will get you all around the island.
