It's a beatiful flat situated in the one of the attractive zones of Marseilles. It comprises of a big living room and dining room, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 canape ( sofa bed ) that can be used for sleeping if necessary, bathroom and toilet. It is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are bright, quiet and have a view at the backyard. There are big wardrobes and big wall cupboards, plasma tv and internet 'wifi'. I will provide the house clothes and the crockery. All are in good conditions as myself I am a tidy person.<br />

I would like to have a flat in exchange, also with a car as I am offering mine as well. It's a TOYOTA RAY 4.

L’environnement
This flat is situated 100m from the harbour and of course with the pleasure boats and also with boats going to the neighbouring islands. Every morning there is the fresh fish market. The vegetables market, a variety of food shops and all other shops and amenities are in the area.<br />

The harbour has got numerous restaurants, bar and pubs with all transport link likewise bus, metro and trams.<br />

The beaches are not too far. Access is easier by car or bus. There are many parks in Marseilles and with the car visit our entire beautiful province.<br />
Nearly all the evenings there are events and music spectacles at the harbour; but the noise does not reach the flat as it is situated one road behind which is very advantageous. <br />
