Beautiful and bright apartment, 50 square meters, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. That is 10 years old, is really well maintained
It is ideal for a couple, but it is also possible to sleep in the lounge on the big extensible sofa or with an extra bed in the lounge. The Living-room is divided into two parts (living / tv room, dining room / office) and has a terrace with table and chairs in which to dinner quietly to cool in summer.
The room is double with a queen size bed and a big window to the terrace and the large bathroom clean and organized with a large bath.
The tiny kitchen but with everything needed for two people.
Also you can have a small library and film collection with different films in VO, to spend a quiet evening at home. During the summer months you can use a private swimming-pool which you can access at any time of day

L’environnement
One of the best features of our apartment is its location, on the one side is a quiet, green park with Capricho and Juan Carlos I just 5 minutes walk (in fact from the terrace as you can see), with subway (El Capricho) right at the front door, so that in 30 minutes you can reach the hotline most central point of the city “ Callaoâ€and 10 on “Ventas†and if you plan to travel to the airport is just 5 minutes. You also have the bike-way in front of the house and numerous bus lines.
In this area there is restaurants, supermarket, children areas and shopping centers, like golf and tennis, but if you want perfect day pass or advise you, go out first thing in the morning to Callao, and spend the day walking the streets, or any museum,eat a good “tapas†just in the center and by mid-afternoon to return home, refresh yourself with a swim in the pool and maybe a trip to see the sunset from the Park of Nations ......
