Description du logement
5mn from the tramway (or bus 15m from the door), 5mn from the old Bordeaux center and 30 mn from the huge beaches, this two floors (73m2) appartment is located just in front of a public park: quietness guaranteed !<br />
<br />
The open and ready-to-cook kitchen and the living-room are on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find two 14m2 bedrooms and a quite relaxing bathroom.<br />
<br />
The sofa is easily changed in a 2 adults bed (surprinsignly comfortable according the friends who already tried it). <br />
I'll be happy to give you some advices about the good places to visit, depending on your interests.<br />
<br />
Feel free to use the usual products (cooking oil, soap,etc.), bed sheets and towels. <br />
Just bring your good mood, your respect for the place and your willing to have a nice break in Bordeaux.<br />
<br />
The appartment is located in a small building (8 flats) in Saint Augustin's district. <br />
Saint Augustin's district is famous in Bordeaux for its small village atmosphere (fishmonger's shop, good bakery, caterer, fruits and vegetables and grocer's shop around the small church 300m away). <br />
<br />
Saint Augustin's district, located between the old Bordeaux and the beach road, is easily reached in car (exit n°12 on the motorway) or by tramway (line B).<br />
<br />
You can -freely and safely- park your car in my street. <br />
One remark: the balcony is available but will be better when I will have finished to fix a wood-terrace...a picture will be added once I'll have done it.<br />

PS: After a first bad experience and in order to keep good relations with my nerighbours, I have to add a condition: No extra people at all should come to the appartment while you are using it, thank you.
