I'm exchanging my appartment in Paris for a place to stay in Manhattan, from 7th to 14th September 2011. We are two girls and one man, 25 years old, serious. <br />
My appartment is 50 square meters, approx 540 square feet, composed of two double bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilets, and a bathtub, and a cat, that could stay with a neighbour if you don't like it.

L’environnement
It is located rue du Chevaleret, 30 seconds from metro Chevaleret on line 6, 15 minutes away from the center (Châtelet). It is closed to Bercy, to Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, the Ministry of Finance, 5 minutes away from the river banks with restaurant/swimming pool/club houseboats. It's also close to the place d'italie and the butte aux cailles neighbourhood, and the Latin quarter.<br />
The appartment is really quiet, it's on the 7th floor and if you need anything, the neighbours are great !
