There is also an unfinished basement. The yard is landscaped, but not fenced. The home is located on the side of a hill in a quiet neighborhood.

L’environnement
The home is lovely, but you really come for the National Parks, the National Monuments and the State Parks. 30 minutes from Zion National Park and the quaint artistic town of Springdell, 1 1/2 hours from Bryce, 45 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, 2 1/2 hours from Las Vegas. Very close to 2 reservoirs for water sports. Several golf courses in the vicinity. Area is excellent for mountain biking, hiking, camping, golfing, water skiing. Nearby St George has great shopping, including an outlet mall, and a wide variety of restaurants. 45 minutes north is Cedar City, with its Tony Award winning Shakespeare Festival and beautiful Cedar Breaks National Monument. 45 minutes south you will find the Tuacahn outdoor summer theater in Snow Canyon.<br />

Hurricane is a small town. There are several grocery stores, a mulitplex movie theater and a handful of restaurants. Just down the street from the home is a health clinic, open for emergencies 6 days/week.
