Third-floor, walk-up apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone building. Located on a quiet urban street, directly in front of a 12-hectare city park, perfect for running, tennis, sunbathing, picnicking, outdoor concerts, etc.<br />

Ours is a 73-sq m apartment, with hard-wood floors. One large bedroom; large bathroom (with washer-dryer, bidet and bathtub), large kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher and pantry) and large living room (plenty of books and movies). Windows in every room and lots of light throughout the day. A/C in living room (standing fans in bedroom).<br />
<br />
Two bikes available for travel around city. Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges are less than 10-minutes away (by bike).

Our neighborhood (Fort Greene) is quieter than most NYC neighborhoods, but easily accessible to downtown Manhattan (10-minute subway ride), midtown-Manhattan (20 minutes), Central Park (30 minutes), Queens (20 minutes), etc. <br />

Farmer's market (with local produce, wines, breads, fish, meats, etc.) every Saturday morning, on our block.<br />

Fort Greene is full of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc. Brooklyn Academy of Music (with theater, movies, etc.) is a 10-minute walk away. 8 subway lines are within 5-10 minutes walking distance (G, C, Q, R, B, 2, 3, 4, and 5 lines).<br />

One of the largest flea markets in the City is also within walking distance (5-10 minutes)
