We have an executive, spacious and modern 4 bedroom home which is in an upmarket new neighbourhood ten minutes from the city centre.. We are 2 minutes to a supermarket, chemist, newsagent, bakery and pub etc. The house is built around the salt water pool which also has a spa. <br />
<br />
There is a King Size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite with a spa and twin basins in the main bedroom. We have a theatre for watching movies, a seperate lounge room with a piano, stereo system and board games, also a seperate office with high speed internet access. All bedrooms have TV's. Two single bedrooms have TV's and Playstations with loads of games. The forth bedroom has a queensize bed.<br />

There is a view of the pool from the main bedroom, theatre, lounge, kitchen and dining rooms. The house is fully airconditioned and insulated. Our home has all the latest appliances.<br />

There are plenty of comfy recliners and chairs around the pool (which also has a spaa). We also have a BBQ.<br />

We have golf clubs, bikes, roller blades, camping and fishing gear available to your use.<br />

Interested in exploring one of the 7 wonders of the world? We are an hour and a half drive from Airlie Beach - another great town and the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. There are loads of day trips available to heaps of islands. Try snorkling, diving, or just sitting in a hammock on the beautiful beaches. Sarina is half an hour, Proserpine is 1 hour, Bowen (movie with Nicole Kidman has just been filmed there)is 2 hours. Eungella is half an hour.
Something about ourselves
Kirk works overseas on an off-shore Oil Rig and has every 2nd month off, and is married to Tania who has just resigned her position as a Professional Sales Consultant in order to seriously travel! Our 2 children (aged 10 and 8)are well-travelled and nicely behaved.
Last year we spent a month in Thailand which was amazing! We also took several smaller trips around Australia.
We are not worried about taking the children out of school to travel as Tania was a teacher.
We are finalizing trips to New Zealand and San Francisco at the moment.
We are interested in a swap (to anywhere really!) for 26th Nov - 22nd Dec 2008.
