We live in a three bed roomed property in one of the nicest parts of South Dublin city centre. Our house has three bed rooms, one with a king size bed, one double bed and one childrens room with a single bed. Our living room is a good size with one three and one two seater couch, as well as a dining table (which can fit 6 chairs) and a small table for kids to sit and play on. We have a corner for kids books and toys. It has a large window and so is a bright and airy room. Our kitchen is well equipped and has a small table for 4 chairs, but 5 can squeeze on it ;-). Our bathroom is upstairs and has a bath and shower over bath. We have a large garden with seating and a slide for children. There is free parking in front of the house.

L’environnement
We are literally 2 minutes from Herbert Park, which is a very large park with playgrounds, tennis courts and other sport grounds. We are about 30 to 40 minutes walk from the city centre, but there is also a bus you can take. The Dublin beach in Sandymount is a mere 10 minutes drive, but you can also explore other beaches further south from 20 to 40 minutes drive away or take the Dart, a train which is about 10 min walk away. From Dublin you can also explore the Wicklow mountains, with some amazing walks. There are also many other activities you will find in the cosmopolitan city.
