Our house is very comfortable, has a nice deck on the backyard where you can have a barbecue or just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. We have a nice plasma TV with cable and HBO, dsl internet service and a nice dvd library. Our kitchen table sits 4/6 and the dinning room table extends to sit up to 14 people.<br />
We have 3 bedrooms: each one with a bathroom plus one small studio.<br />
The house is aroun 2,000 square feet.<br />
We are open to any type of exchange and would consider any time of the year. Preferably summer or around the end of the year holidays.

L’environnement
The house is located in Westminster, a suburb north of Denver. It is 20 minutes drive to downtown Denver and 15 minutes drive to downtown Boulder. It is a quite neighborhood. You have everything nearby, library, shops, a beautiful park within 2 blocks. You can bike or walk (10 minutes) to the supermarket. We have an SUV if you want to go to the mountains. The nearest ski resort is one hour away. Vail is 1.5 hours from our place. We have 4 bikes.
