Our flat was built in 1980s and has been renewed once since therefore. The house has a lot of light and it is very silent in a city that, sometimes, is bustilng at nights. <br />

Location<br />

The location is very interesting due to it is in Eixample, a pleasant district of Barcelona. It is near of the old city (15-20 min walking); beside passeig de Gràcia -the artery of Gaudi, Modernism and shopping- (12-15 min walking); and also near plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc (where you found a big park, Fundació Miró, etc.) and Diagonal (the central business district and where are located most of the universities). <br />

Distances by public transport<br />

- The underground is in front of the building. <br />
- The bus station is next to the building.<br />
- You can also take easily taxis. <br />
- Sants Estació (Sants Station) is only at one underground station (or 15 min walking). It is the main train station of Barcelona. From Sants station you can go directo to airport, coasts (Costa Brava, Sitges, Girona, Tarragona...)<br />

In the flat there are two familiar rooms and one individual. In familiar rooms there are couple beds. In the individual there are a desk and a computer. If it is necessary we can add a bed here. The dinng room is big and there is a table (6 persons), sofa, arm chair... Is the space to eat, relax, rest, watching TV... It is communicated with the terrace where there is a small table (2 persons). The kitchen is usefull with all appliances: oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator... And there is a clean bathroom. If you need we have a parking. The total area is about 75 m2. <br />
You can use wifi during your stay.<br />

Eixample is a beautifull part of the city. The area were you can stay, called Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample (new left Eixample), is lively and there are a lot of corners shops, groceries, bakeries, stores, banks... and also bars and restaurants. You

This part of the Eixample district has everything you need. Here you’ll find the historic Barcelona University building; modernista landmarks such as the Casa Golferichs; the Parc de Joan Miró, and two important food markets, the Mercat del Ninot and the Mercat Sant Antoni, which give vibrancy and inject life into this Eixample Esquerra neighbourhood.<br />

Quadrat d'Or<br />
<br />
Barcelona’s extensive Eixample district brings together a large number of modernista buildings of great architectural value. However, it is the central part which showcases most of the buildings designed in this style. Known as the Quadrat d’Or (Golden Square), it is the place where Barcelona’s moneyed classes came to live in the flats designed by the leading architects of the day, such as Gaudí.
