This 5 room apartment is located on a quiet side street in the middle of the popular and charming district of Kreuzberg, close to the famous Bergmannstreet, which traditionaly belongs to the more wealthy, calm and safe part of this district. <br />
In walking distance you find everything (and more) you need. Three beautifull parks and the popular shore of the "Landwehr channel" invite you for sports or relaxing walk.<br />

This classic and large berlin apartment has refurbished hardwood floors, high ceilings, classic windows, beautifull old wing doors and offers bright wide view over trees in the middle of the city. <br />
The large kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher.<br />
There are two bathrooms, a small one with a shower and a large one with a modern bathtub, a shower and a washing machine. <br />
You will find different bedrooms. One with a dobblesize bed, another one is the room of our daughter with a loft bed and a sleeper. The big sofa in the livingroom offers a confotable sleep as well. If necessary you can use another sleeping room separated at the end of the flat.<br />
Internet high speed DSL connection available.<br />

In one hour driving you can rest in our very large and romantic garden in the countryside with an open wide view on meddows and woods close to a beautifull lake. You can stay there comfortably in our big caravan.<br />
