I'm a 62 year old third grade teacher who's looking for a house/apt. for myself, my husband, our 26 year old son and his fiancee. We want to be in Oakland, close to our daughter, who's having a baby there in mid-July. We have a house in Belfast, Maine, one block from scenic Penobscot Bay, that we'd like to exchange for a place in Oakland for 2 weeks in mid-July-mid-August.
