Outside the house has ample secure parking, a large garage with bicycles, three large patios with furniture for BBQ's and entertaining. All BBQ equipment is provided. The garden is enclosed to ensure safety for children and outdoor toys are provided.

Clonakilty (voted one of European village of the year 2007)is a ten minute drive (4 miles), this is one of the many popular tourist towns in the West of Ireland boasting award winning restaurants, music bars, galleries, museums, Inchydoney beach, horse riding, tennis, surfing. Clonakilty is one hour from Kerry and one hour from Cork city. The airport is 40 minutes away.
