Semi detached cottege, recently renovated. Has seperate holiday home on property which we use as a "granny flat" for my elderly mother who lives with us. Has beautiful sun room with double doors looking out onto the orchard. Has an arce of land which is ideal for playing sports, sun bathing etc. Was used by our children as a soccer field when they were growing up. Has kitchen/dining room with brand new cooker, sink, furniture etc due to the recent renovation. Cozy sitting room with old style open fire. Beautiful view of the mountains. Upstairs are two bedrooms, (one double room and double room with two single beds - a double bed for this room can be provided) Also, the sun room is equiped with a sofa-bed so this can be converted for guests if needed. Brand new bathroom with electric shower and heated towel rail. There is also a mobile home on the property, it is nicely landscaped with bushes and potted plants surrounding it. it can be accessed via the house's garden but also has a seperate entrance and exit. this is ideal if you want to invite visitors to come and stay (as is the "granny flat") or is also ideal for some quiet time, i.e reading, relaxing etc.

1 mile walking distance from beach. the beach is renowned in Ireland and tourists enjoy visiting it. (Banna Strand) House is conveniently located between the historical town of Ardfert and the seaside village of Ballyheigue. This can be reached in 5mins by car. Golf courses are close by and 20 mins away (by car) is the holiday?seaside town of Ballybunion which is famous for golfing. Bill Clinton visited on a golfing trip a few years ago.The town of Tralee is a 10 minute drive away. this houses shopping centres, museums, restaurants, cinema etc. Other nearby towns include Killarney and Dingle.
