The major facilities at the park are a playground, a grass field, a library, a youth training center, a small-size zoo, a gymnasium, and swimming pools. The park also has a pond, forest, a promenade, and a jogging track. Especially, the 9,070m2-wide-and- 2m-deep pond has weeping willows surrounding the pond. There are ducks, carps, and Prussian carps in the pond.

There is a 192m bare-foot track near the pond and it provides citizens opportunities of acupressure therapy experience. The small-size zoo at the park has 60 animals of 12 species which include dears, peacocks, and rabbits.
